Barely could understand waiter horrible English. Bathroom extremely dirty and hot. Ordered patron margarita, it was the worst I have had in my life and I have drank a lot of margaritas. Food was good. Would drive by and skip this one.

We had a great meal and ended up paying $13 more for what we thought was just a soup. Check your bill. I will be bringing it in tomorrow for a refund. We probably should of sent it back. Mirna was the server, very nice but she was apparently swamped with seating people and cleaning tables.

Margaritas are outstanding and not lacking in alcohol. Salsa if fantastic.

Food good, but was not following proper protocol, they sat a table of six three feet from us, there was plenty of empty tables.

This place is amazing. Every moment was great. I used to work in the food industry and I have to say this place EXCEEDED my expectations. The service was amazing and the food was absolutely incredible. I will be making this a weekly restaurant!!! Oh and if you like/love margaritas this is the place to go. Got the large 32oz top shelf rita and it was the best freaking margarita I've ever had. Took me a bit to finish it but soooooo worth it!!! Come and eat here its worth it!!

I didn’t know what true Mexican cuisine tasted like until I tried Vallarta’s food. I ordered their lunch special, and I’ve never had such good rice and beans in my life. Also, all the ingredients tasted fresh with such exotic flavor in every dish they served. This establishment has easily become one of my favorite restaurants to visit every time I’m driving by Pensacola. I would highly recommend other tourists to try their lunch special. *P.S. their pink lemonade is also amazing.

Ordered chips and queso and churros to go. The chips are very stale and the churros look like they were dug out of the trash. Four little crumbs of churros for $4.50. Will not be going back.

Excellent food and prices. Staff is always on top of things. Try the cheesey been dip with your pre meal chips!! YUMMMM!

Food is good. Not much atmosphere

Dont order the Vallarta Nachos with Chicken,Shrimp,and Steak and cheese it's not worth 12.95 any day...service was poor. Got there at 8 p wasnt very busy but for the most part was rusted out the door at 9:20...

This location has excellent customer service and even better food. I accidentally locked my keys in my vehicle upon arrival. An employee tried to help, then another, and another. The Vallarta team has really gone above and beyond as they always have. Tonight as all the people left and walked by, an employee loaned me his car to go grab an extra key, I had no way to get to it otherwise. In 2019, Vallarta and staff have shown that community matters! Without their help I would still be in the cold tonight. Thanks to all those who helped me. I love the shrimp quesadilla they make and I'm enjoying it now because of their help.

Family of 9 and the check was $60 which wasnt that bad even tho we did get something cheap and most of the family had water everything was yummy and the place is clean. Will be coming back!

They didn't have what I wanted on the menu, so I asked if they could make something like it and they did an awesome job putting it together.

Absolutely LOVE this restaurant! Servers cater to your every need. Drink not strong enough? Rest assure it WILL be! Any concern will definitely be corrected. Fantastic atmosphere. Always satisfied. Food will certainly satisfy your palate.

Super clean, friendly staff, and very good food

This place has the best Mexican food around. If you like authentic Mexican food this is as close as it gets and it's very good. Friendly service nice atmosphere a very decorative. They also offer drink specials.

The chili con carne was pretty good with the red salsa. And the price for lunch was pretty good, too, it filled me up pretty nicely.

Seated quickly but waitress a bit brisk. Food came quickly and was good. Standard offerings but just as we like it at a reasonable price. Can get a giant margarita for the price of a regular elsewhere-and it wasn’t even margarita nite when they are half off.

Crowded on a Friday evening around 6:30pm but very quick & efficient staff.Friendly hostess took my to-go order and it was ready within 10 minutes!Got home and everyone said the same thing -DELICIOUS!

Good food, decent prices. Kids meals came with plenty of food for a great price. The house margaritas were some of the best I've had. They didn't taste like it was all mixer. The fajitas Al pastor had an amazing taste. Very friendly staff and great service. Will return.

I went there for lunch on a Sunday. The atmosphere was nice, and the chips/salsa were very good. Service was fast and professional. They also have good drink specials, like $2 margarita.Sadly, the food wasn't the best. The tacos were bland, the enchiladas could use more sauce, and the chile relleno was bland and had too much egg. I'd be open to going back and trying something else, like burritos or fajitas.

I've been coming to this place ever since I was 12. I'm 23 now. My whole family came here at one time every Wednesday (back when they had the 1.25 a taco deal). Now, the number of my family attending has dwindled, but a few of us still come once a week.They have great food and great atmosphere. Their service is slow sometimes though. That is my only complaint.

The shrimp soup is wonderful. It's full of shrimp, broccoli and cauliflower as well as other goodies.

Overpriced but still decent tasting. You learn about a business through rough times. They still literally charge more for to go orders even though that’s the only thing you can do due to covid 19. Probably not going back there. Paid 17 dollars for a full order of steak nachos with no drink.

Food was fine better than average but not fabulous

We went there tonight we asked for a booth the booth table was so dirty we moved the salt and pepper shakers and there was water and salt all over the table we asked for the table to be cleaned off and the man came with dry napkins to wipe off a dirty table .they brought us the chips and salsa and the chips were stall and the salsa was horrible .we left we did not even get a waiter do our drink order we walked out and when we were leavingw saw someone coming to the door to see who wee were when we left we don't be.back .Pensacola needs to step up in the restaurant industry the prices of food is going up but the quality as service is going down.its not only this rest in Pensacola many others also.. Food is too expensive to go out to eat and have horrible service and poor quality food we will never attempt to come to this restaurant again. I would have given it no stars but u have to have at least one .but with my experience it's a negative 10 ...

Food was good but not exceptional. No substitution was allowed on the dish I wanted. I asked if I could add beans to it. I'm not sure she understood that I wanted to order beans with it.

I don’t know it’s fair to write a bad review because I didn’t write one when they serve good food but as they say you’re as good as your last mess up ..I go to a Mexican restaurant to get fresh food not fast food..The tacos I got were wrapped in tinfoil and old.

Great authentic mexican food and service was good..

Had fajitas and chimichanga, the beans were just a little soapy for my wife's they dish they happily replaced them but the batch was still a bit off. Otherwise for the price and taste I couldn't complain.

The margaritas are the amazing and the service was fantastic. I fully recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and drinks. The whole family love it.

Decent prices on Monday...food like any other Mexican cafe..some days good, some days not so good.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant above any other. We just came back for the first time in 10 years. So excited they are still in business and that they are still amazing. We used to come every Thursday for margaritas and chicken tacos for the two years that we were stationed here years ago. We've never had a satisfactory chicken taco anywhere else, lol. If you want great food and great drinks for a super reasonable price, in a comfortable family atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Beans and rice are so bland. My chicken was tasteless. It seems they've tried to bland things down for the crow . I need spices. This has to be one of the worst Mexican restaurants I've eaten at. I could eat Mexican food everyday(I pretty much do). And this just isn't worth coming back for.

Delicious lunches using fresh ingredients. Tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Homemade salsa with very thin chips were outstanding.
